How It Works

How to Organise PDF Pages in 3 Steps

1

Drop a PDF

Every page appears as a thumbnail with its original number. Nothing happens to the file until you click Apply.

2

Arrange the Pages

Drag a thumbnail to a new spot, or use the ← → buttons. ↻ rotates a page, ✕ deletes it (click again to undo). Quick actions in Settings reverse the order or restore everything.

3

Apply & Download

Click Apply. A new PDF is built from your arrangement — pages are copied intact, so text stays selectable and quality is untouched.

FAQ

Organise PDF — Frequently Asked Questions

Can I move a page to the very end quickly?

Drag it onto the last thumbnail — it drops after it. For long documents, deleting and re-adding is not needed: just drag; the grid scrolls as you reach the edge.

Does deleting a page here really remove it?

Yes. The new PDF is built only from the pages you kept, so deleted pages (and their text) are not in the file. That is different from merely hiding them.

Will links, bookmarks and form fields survive?

Pages are copied with their annotations and form fields. Document-level bookmarks (the outline) are not carried over, because they point at page positions that no longer apply.

Can I combine pages from two PDFs?

Use PDF Merger first, then organise the merged file here.

The tool says my PDF is encrypted — what now?

Password-protected PDFs must be opened with their password before they can be edited. Use the Unlock PDF tool first, then come back.

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. The document is parsed and rewritten by pdf-lib and rendered by PDF.js (the engine Firefox uses) entirely inside your browser. Nothing is transmitted or stored.
