Does this work with Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm?
Yes. The QR contains a standard upi://pay link defined by NPCI, which every UPI app can read — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, bank apps and more.
Is my UPI ID checked or stored?
Neither. The QR is made in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere, so Toolity cannot confirm the ID is real. Scan it and pay ₹1 to yourself before printing it.
Should I set an amount?
Set it for a fixed price (a product, a fee). Leave it blank for a shop counter, so each customer types their own amount. Some apps limit how much can be paid to a personal UPI ID through a QR.
Why does Open do nothing on my computer?
UPI links only open on phones that have a UPI app installed. On a computer, scan the QR with your phone instead.
Can I use this for my business?
Yes — it is free with no watermark. For payment confirmations, settlement reports or GST invoices you still need a merchant account with your bank or a payment provider.
